So I started watching the US version of Wilfred, episode 1 was fine. Cute, silly, nothing too offensive. Worst thing about it was I wasn't sure if the gag of man-playing-the-role-of-dog would last or not.

Episode 2: transphobic central plot where the main character spends half the episode trying to figure out if the woman he has a crush on has a dick, because that's a deal-breaker, apparently. once i realized that was where the episode was going, i immediately turned it off.

alllllright gang, i guess i'm done with this show.

mastodon - crack the skye
pennywise - full circle
iron maiden - powerslave
nirvana - unplugged in new york
public enemy - fear of a black planet
coheed & cambria - good apollo i'm burning star IV vol. 1: from fear through the eyes of madness
linkin park - meteora

linkin park & mastodon were mico's buys. coheed was a last minute addition when we took another look on our last boardwalk trip to see what we might've forgotten or missed. i've been looking for that album everywhere and can never find it so i couldn't NOT get it

anyway if you're ever in wildwood nj and are into collectin vinyl, check out the rock on the boardwalk, a bit overpriced imo but very good selection. every time i've been since i started collecting, i've had to stop myself from looking because i knew i'd find more. or i had to argue with myself in my mind about which album to leave behind
